12 Months!

I know this photo is out of focus, but it cracks me up. I pulled out the pillow and blanket to take his photos and he crawled over to it and posed, just like this - like "here I am, mom! take my photo!" I wasn't ready, of course, so it's not very clear, but it just shows the change since last month - when he wouldn't sit still for photos!

This guy has so much personality.  He's determined: my new read is "The Strong-Willed Child."  He loves the camera, but he's usually grabbing for it!  He loves buttons of any kind, especially if they are ones we don't want him to touch.  He's only gained 1 pound in 3 months, but we all swear it's more than that!  He's wearing 2T clothes but won't eat much any more.  We think those molars are coming in - the sooner the better!  He's given up crawling all together - walking is much faster and easier.  He's finally sleeping through the night (again!) - maybe because we're wearing him out more!
