nukes

Ok, so, uh, this Korean nuclear warhead testing is freaking me out. Why is no one making a big deal out of it? To me, it sounds like they are ready to show who's boss -- and take LA out if they have to. Why aren't we having bomb drills? (Because we have no where to go?!) I just pray, if there is a nuke, that I'm not at school/work. Anyone, anyone? (or am I a hypochondriac?)
