God's Power

We've watched God's Power work it's magic this summer.

Mom came home from the hospital on July 10th - two days ahead of the scheduled date.  She had a couple of rough days at home, but she found time to rest and has really done well.  She told me today she thinks she responded really well to the transplant.

She will have to do maintenance therapy, but that's down the road a while.

Oswald Davis Naumann - Oz - was born just 10 days later on July 20th at 11:36 pm.  Mom, my mother-in-law Judy, and Amber all got to be in the birth - which was very quick.  We checked into the hospital at 8:30 with contractions about 7-10 min apart and our boy jumped out just three hours later.

His name means "God's Power."  Because we've watched God move so powerfully:  my husband likes to tease that I ask God for too detailed requests - but he's answered each one.
