New Discoveries

I'm at that point where even working two days a week is killing me - not really - but I do hate being away from this little man.  He's so precious!  Even when he's not happy (which is rare!)

We did go to the ENT for Audric's ears on Monday.  Yes, it took well over 6 weeks to get a referral from the pediatrician and and actual appointment with a specialist.  And, you ask, what did the specialist say?  Essentially, "Why are you here?"  I feel like I dropped the ball because he didn't have a copy of the report from the audiologist and I thought he would.  The report seems to state that he has something in his ear - fluid, wax - and it needs to be looked at.  The ENT didn't see anything.  He tried to do one of the tests again on Audy, but he wasn't having it.  So, we wait another month.  And see.  Our hope and prayer is that it has cleared up on its own!

Besides, he reacts to us just fine!  We are choosing to not worry and just enjoy our baby boy!

Monday we go back for his 4 month check up.  And, I'm afraid he's allergic to something other than milk.  I've been REALLY good this week (and craving cheese like I didn't know one could!) and he's still had a little blood in his diaper.  I know that's not the worst reaction a baby can have, and he's gaining weight and not gassy any more.  I'll be interested what her diagnosis is.  And I PRAY it's not that I have to go to a chicken and rice diet!
